RideAtaxia NorCal is coming up on June 1st in Davis, CA. Last year Team Izzy raised an amazing $9,500 for Friedreich’s Ataxia research! This has been a very exciting year for the FA community. FARA is anticipating three drug trials to start this year! So let’s keep the momentum going and raise even more funds this year. That’s right the Angels are back at it! Join Izzy’s Angels for an evening of food, wine and homegrown rock on June 9, 2012. Come dressed in your finest 70’s/80’s fashion. We’ll sing we’ll dance, we’ll rock out to Alameda’s best dad bands: Old Stock, For the Girl, and Old Coal. How could it possibly get any better than this? Not only will it be a great time, we’ll be raising much needed funds to help cure Friedreich’s Ataxia.
Help cure this disease that affects one in 50,000 Americans. Help cure our Izzy. There is a place for you in the solution: Bring your fun self and believe that FARA and the FA scientific community can find a cure. Good times never felt so good.
